Yes, plastic made from Banana peels, but it´s not that what is amazing. It´s that a girl called Elif Bilgin not even attending University yet, living in a country with so much political arguments has had the curiosity, willpower, boldness, knowledge and belief to create the greatest solution of our century.
Yet, I have not seen any news, except when she won the Google Science Fair a couple of years ago (that´s where I found out about her incredible personality). To me, this girl represents pure genius, although probably her mum/dad/grandpa/teacher is a chemist, who brought that curiosity and knowledge into her world. I still believe, that we should appreciate her uniqueness and look for people, who change the world for the better.
I hope this girl gets sponsored to change the entire plastic industry, because I am sure there is probably even a better solution, but as long as money plays a role, the big corporations will not let anyone disrupt their market share, until someone like Elon Musk decides that it is time to change.

Rick the Zombie anti- bullying
If you watch the short 2 min video of this “horrifying” at a first look creature, you will see that it may have more innocence in his soul than many of us. Having lived on the streets of Montreal since teenage years, Rick had his first tattoo when he was only 16 and couple of years later he was earning enough for food in a freakshow, where he had to eat worms, chew glass or lie on a bed of nails to get through the week. In his childhood he had a brain tumor and had to wait for 6 months before they removed the tumor, but it had a great psychological influence on him and lead to a change in his behavior, which turned him into a rebel. Born under the name Rick Stephan Genest, he is a very caring big brother and a rebel, who wants to show people that the cover of any book is just a cover and all the assumption about the story is due to our own judgement.
Yes, it is almost impossible to believe that the person on the right is the same person on the left.

This article by Charles Eisenstein (2009) describes another world that has a more developed civilization, with one leader who sends volunteers with a mission to return back our balance in life. It is softly explaining the importance of becoming a fulfilled human being and the real value of life. The leader sends the volunteers to help us reconnect, but this way they lose the memory of their own planet:
“I will put you into a deep, deep trance, so complete that you will forget who you are. You will live a human life, and in the beginning you will completely forget your origins.”
“You will miss it deeply, yet you will not know what it is you are missing. You will only remember the love and beauty that we know to be normal as a longing in your heart. Your memory will take the form of an intuitive knowledge, as you plunge into the painfully marred earth, that a more beautiful world is possible.”
“As you begin to awaken to your mission you will meet others of our tribe. You will recognize them by your common purpose, values, and intuitions, and by the similarity of the paths you have walked.”
“In the time of loneliness, you will always be seeking to reassure yourself that you are not crazy. You will do that by telling people all about what is wrong with the world, and you will feel a sense of betrayal when they don’t listen to you.”

Procrastination is one of the most common challenges creative people face. Procrastination is not limited to only one area, it often happens throughout different paths of our life.
But there are several reasons why a person might do such a thing. And different solutions depending on the reason.
Kat Moon has shared a great infographic on the website themuse.com, as followed:

There are a couple known practical everyday tools to solve the procrastination:
Eisenhower’s Urgent/Important Matrix
The one main task a day table – prioritize just one task to finish 100%
- SCRUM Framework
- Prioritized task list is created – usually called a product backlog.
- During planning, the team chooses a few tasks of that task list, it is called a sprint backlog, distributes the task accordingly and decides how to complete them.
- Each team member has a task deadline — a sprint (usually two to four weeks) — to complete its work, but it meets each day to assess its progress (daily Scrum).
- The Team leader, in this situation called ScrumMaster has the task to keep everyone goal-oriented and motivated.
- At the end of the deadline all planned tasks for execution should be finished.
- At the end group feedback as well as important lessons are noted down.
- As the next sprint begins, the team chooses another chunk of the product backlog and begins working again (- See more at: https://www.scrumalliance.org/why-scrum#sthash.F28a6mNy.dpuf)
First of all, let me explain the weird words you are seeing:
Ethos (ἦθος) from Greek means Character and describes the driving values and beliefs we have developed. Clicking on this word you will find all kinds of Psychological Tests which i chose to assist you and me understand better our consciousness and subconsciousness, thereby to improve our competency in both the personal and professional field.
草分け (Kusawake) from Japanese is an idiom, used to define innovation, pioneering and original thinking. By clicking on it, you confirm interest for news about creative founders, technology innovations and thriving start ups in the early stages.
Elysian (Ἠλύσιον) also from Greek characterizes the philosophy about the afterlife, but throughout the years its meaning changed to peaceful, delightful and inspired. This section has the task to highlight stories of people who have changed the world and have found their passion such as B. Franklin, E. Musk, R. Kurzweil, A. Einstein, J.K. Rowling, Queen Elizabeth I etc. The best part is that instead of just writing a story, i actually picked up their mindset and tools they used to make decisions and find peace in challenging times. Furthermore, here you will find mindset changing and personal development posts that help me perform more effectively by resolving my inner conflicts, challenges and fears.
